INSTALLATION GUIDE
- Prepare the positioning by outlining around the desired placement of the mantel using a pencil.
- Prepare the wall surface area by keying (scratching) the paint work – inside the traced line.
- Apply adhesive (cornice cement or liquid nails) to the back edge of the fireplace surround. Approximately the thickness of a ten cent piece.
- Firmly place the fireplace into position, so it’s tight up against the wall.
- Remove excess cornice cement and and fill in any gaps.
